thanks kaka tunaomba utuonyeshe jamani. Mimi binafsi mwanangu ninavyomuwekea mara nyingi huwa ni:
1. Matunda: apples, grapes, mango chunks
2. Vegetables: vipande vya cucumber, carrot sticks, na vipande vya nyanya nilivyoweka chumvi kidogo
3. Sarnies: yani either sandwich ya ham labda na tuna paste, sardine, chicken paste etc, au wraps zenye chicken and cheese etc
4. Baked potato wedges na baked fish cake au chicken
5. Yoghurt
6.Maji au juice.
Yani from kila namba namuwekea atleast kimoja ila naona vimeshakuwa kama routine napenda kuona mapishi mengine ili nimuongezee asiboreke na chakula chake.
