pole na kazi kaka, mi ni mdau wa blog hii sana naomba japo unaweka video ila naomba uweke na maelekezo kwa kuandika pia kama ilivyokuwa zamani kwa sababu sio wote tulio na computer na internet nzuri zenye uwezo wa ku-play video.

video ni kitu kizuri sana na ninaelewa mno kwa vitendo hasa vitu vya kuchanganya na upikaji wake halisi,i think uendelee tu na video kuliko maneno

Shukrani sana kwa upishi huu. Nimepika mboga na nyama kufatisha mafunzo yako kilikuwa kitamu sana. Mtoto wangu alisema yummy sijui mara ngapi. Nimepiga picha ntakutumia ila mimi nilitumia cabbage badala ya spinach I can confirm the result was grt.
