JIFUNZE KUPIKA NJUGU MAWE KWA LADHA YA HALI YA JUU


MUONEKANO WA NJUGU MAWE HIZI NI KIVUTIO KIKUBWA SANA NA LADHA YAKE NI SAFI SANA 


MAHITAJI

360 gram njugumawe / Loweka usiku kucha
1 Kitunguu maji kikubwa,chop chop
5 gram kitunguu swaumu
5 gram tangawizi ya kusagwa
1/2 kijiko kidogo cha chai mbegu za binzali nyembamba
1 kijiko kidogo cha chai garam masala
1/4 kijiko kidogo cha chai unga wa manjano (turmeric powder)
1kijiko kidogo cha cha pilipili ya unga (chilli powder / sio lazima)
3 nyanya kubwa za kuiva , chop chop
1/2 kijiko kidogo cha chi sukari
10 gram chumvi
1 kikombe kikubwa cha chi maji safi na salama
majani ya coriander kwajili ya kupambiana kuleta harufu nzuri


MAELEZO NA JISNI YA KUPIKA FATILIA PICHA HAPO CHINI



Weka mafuta katika kikaango yapate moto kisha weka viungo vyote vya mbegu kaanga na ukishapata aharufu safi weka vitunguu maji, kitunguu swaumu na tangawizi kisha endelea kukaanga.


Vitunguu vikishalainika, Ongeza njugu mawe. KIsha weka unga wa pili pili na unga wa turmeric 



Kaanga kwa dakika 1 kisha ongeza nyanya ulizomenaya na kukatakata pamoja na  garam masala, sukari na chumvi pamoja na maji kikombe kimoja kikubwa.


Acha ichemke na funika sufuria yako kwa dakika 20 hadi 30 mpaka anjugu ziwe laini.


Hakikishs njugu mawe zinabaki na umbo lake zuri na haziharibiki kwa kupondeka pondeka. Kama unapenda zipondeke basi endelea kupika kwa muda mrefu :)


Baada ya hapo njugu zako zitakua zimeiva na tayari kwa mlaji kufaidi kata kata kajain ya korienda na pamba kwa juu yataleta harufu safi na ladha nzuri katika njugu zako.





 Aina hii ya upishi ni rahisi sana na wengi wenu tumeizoea kikubwa hakikisha viungo vinaungua katika moto na kuiva ili visikusababishie kiungulia.

Kwa kuongezea utamu wa njugu hizi unaweza ongezea tui la nazi baada ya njugu kuiva weka ichemke kwa dakika 2 tu kisha itakua tayari kwa kuliwa, lakini kama unaogopa kupta cholesterol, usitumie kabisa nazi acha vile vile ulivyokua umeshapika mwanzo. Pika kwa familia yako wafurahie :)

I know njuju mawe as round, growing below the ground like groundnuts. The picture looks like black eyed peas.Surprised that blog author has not commented on previous comments on name

These are black eye beans aka njugu maweza ulaya . Actually they look small, we're used to big round beans. Most of these products comes from Far East and South Asia, where they have different weather and soil contents.
