Mimi chef Issa nimeamua kuanzisha libeneke la fani ya chakula ambapo wale wote wenye taaluma hii na wapenda chakula cha aina yeyote watapata fursa ya kujifunza kutoa maoni na kufundisha pia mapishi ya aina mbali mbali tutakaribisha recipe mbalimbali toka kwa yeyote atakaye penda kuchangia mawazo lengo nikubadilishana ujuzi ili kila mmoja wetu afaidike na utaalamu wa mapishi ya ladha zote, mchango wowote ule utaheshimiwa sana.
Tutakua na historia ya vyakula toka mataifa ya ulaya magharibi ambayo ni maarufu kwa vyakula vyao toka enzi hizo vikipikwa kwamtindo wa zamani tuliouzoea na pia vikibadilishwa kwamtindo mpya wa kisasa vikibaki na majina yaleyale hubadilika kwa kunakishiwa kwa mitindo mbalimbali pia tutapata wasaha wakujua historia ya vyakula na utambulisho kinatoka nchi gani na hasa tutagusa mataifa mama kwa nchi za magharibi katika sanaa hii ya chakula ikiwa ni Spain, England, France, German, Austria, Switzerland na Italy pia tutaangalia utaalamu sifa na aina za cheese, utundu wa kutengeneza na kunakshi chocolate na historia yote kwaujumla pia tutapata nasaha ya kuona vifaa mbalimbali na kujifunza kuchonga matunda na mboga ktk maumbile tofauti mfano tunda kama apple unatengeneza bata mzinga inapendeza sana.
Hakika ushirikiano wenu ndugu zangu utaifanya blog hii iwe chuo bora cha kubadilishana utaalamu wa fani hii ya chakula. WEWE KAMA MPISHI TAMBUA MAJUKUMU NA THAMANI YAKO YA KAU JIKONI
A Trainee Chef is still at cooking school, but doing a year of practical work in a restaurant’s kitchen, so they are learning while working.
A Commis Chef is an entry-level position, a chef who has just qualified. Commis chefs work under the chefs de parties to learn particulars of a station, through food preparation and plating.
A Chef de Parties is the first level of management in the kitchen, and is responsible for a particular section, such as pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables, meat, poultry or fish.
A Sous Chef is the second in command in the kitchen, and is responsible for an entire shift, such as breakfast, lunch or dinner. They will demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff.
A Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine is responsible for running a restaurants kitchen
An Executive Chef plans and directs food preparation and cooking activities in restaurants, and also supervises the many kitchens of a hotel, restaurant group, or conference centre. They plan menus and ensure that food meets quality standards.
A Group Executive Chef runs all the kitchens of a hotel or restaurant group, and oversees all the executive chefs.

CHEF ISSA PIA ANAPENDA SANA SOKA
Siku ya graduation Timu ya culinary aka machef tulikabidhiwa kombe la ushindi upande wa soka na mmatumbi nilipiga goli mbili safi na kuisaidia timu yangu kunyakua ubingwa mashindano yalikua ni ya pale shuleni tu kila idara walikua na timu yao.

Namshukuru mungu ilikua ni good time si mchezo maana kila baada ya tukio kinachofata ni misosi ya nguvu hapa ilikua BBQ night baada ya Sport day kumalizika spring mpaka summer jua huwa linazama saa 3 usiku
Hii ilikua kona ya salad na cheese kibao pamoja na nyama kavu
Hii ilikua kona ya vyakula vya mboga mboga
Na hapa haswa ndio ilikua ni BBQ yenyewe unachagua unachokitaka mpishi anarushia kwenye moto haraka naona wengi walipendelea kula mbavu za kondoo au sausage au hamburger steak na salad.
