KAA TAYARI KWA RECIPE YAKITAFUNWA HIKI

MAHITAJI

Muda wa kuandaa : 15 dakika
Muda wa kupika : 30 dakika
Muda wa kuloweka : 4 hadi 5 masaa
Mchanganyiko kwajili ya gamba la nje
Black gram dal/ Urad dal – 50 gms (about 1/4 cups)

Mchanganyiko wa kitafunwa kwa ndani
240 gram Bengal gram/Channa dal ( dengu za njano) 
60 gram machicha ya nazi (Fresh grated Coconut)
1 kijiko kidogo cha chai unga wa hiriki (Cardamom powder)
5 gram chumvi
Mafuta kwajili ya kukaangia
